Trust Charter
- 1
Nurses only
Reviews come from verified nurses. Facilities, agencies and recruiters cannot post, pay to edit, or remove reviews.
- 2
Pseudonymous by default
Your public name is a pseudonym. Your real identity is used only for verification and is never shown.
- 3
Private verification
License checks happen privately. Verification documents are deleted after review.
- 4
Privacy protection
We strip details that could identify you or patients, and show contract timing only roughly.
- 5
Human moderation
Every review is checked against published rules before it appears. Decisions can be appealed.
- 6
No fake numbers
We never invent reviews, ratings, member counts or testimonials.
- 7
Secure first
Uploads and reviews stay closed until storage, sign-in and access controls are built and tested.
How manipulation is actually blocked
A charter is words. These are the parts that are already enforced inside the app itself — a facility or recruiter hitting the same pages you are cannot get around them.
A facility or agency writing its own reviews
Only accounts the founder has personally verified as nurses can submit a review. The check is enforced inside the database itself — there is no page, link or loophole a non-nurse can use to post.
A recruiter posing as a nurse
Every reviewer first passes license verification: they submit their license number, the founder looks it up in the official registry, and the number is erased once decided. Nothing is granted on a promise.
Paying to remove or soften a bad review
There is no payment system and no relationship with any facility or agency. A submitted review cannot be edited or deleted by anyone — not the reviewer, not an admin. The only possible action is to reject it entirely, which is recorded with a reason.
Flooding the site with fake praise from many accounts
Suspicious patterns are flagged automatically before anything is published: the same text from different accounts, several reviews of one facility from one nurse, or a burst of reviews in a single day. Flagged posts wait for a human decision.
Nothing published without a human
Every review enters a private queue and appears publicly only after the founder approves it. Rejected reviews stay hidden; approved ones carry a 'Verified nurse' mark.
Tracking down a nurse who wrote something critical
Reviews are pseudonymous and the writer's identity is never shown anywhere — not beside the review, not in the database visible to facilities, not to anyone.
What is still a promise
An appeals process
A nurse whose review is rejected can currently ask for a second look, but there is no formal, published appeals route yet.
Open moderation rules
Moderation today follows the rules this page describes, but the exact rulebook and decision log are not yet published in full.
Independence over time
Today's protections are real but rest on one person's honesty. As the community grows, they will need to become structural: more moderators, published audit trails and outside accountability.
